We offer warranties on all of our products. All installations have a lifetime warranty and product assistance. Don’t be fooled by those internet dealers and garage installers that offer warranties that last until they change their phone number. We at Al & Ed’s Autosound are insured by Allied insurance. Licensed by the Bureau of Electronics to sell and install audio equipment. We are also authorized by every dealer listed at the bottom of this page to offer manufacture warranties.

Why buy from an Authorized Dealer?
Only products purchased from an Authorized Dealer qualify for the manufacturer’s warranty. Additionally, any manufacturer’s rebates are only valid for purchases from an Authorized Dealer. Unauthorized dealer does NOT offer a manufacturer's limited warranty for products purchased from anyone who is not an authorized dealer and it does NOT offer rebates or other special opportunities for products purchased from anyone who is not an authorized dealer.
Buyer Beware, What You Should Know
Unfortunately, from time to time, products are sold by dealers or internet sites that are not authorized by the manufacture. In most cases, products sold by these unauthorized companies were not purchased directly from the manufacture. Products sold by unauthorized dealers are sometimes:
Many times, the unauthorized dealers will attempt to remove or alter the serial number. Removal, alteration, or tampering of the original serial number will automatically void the warranty on that product. Unauthorized dealers may deceive consumers by implying the product is covered by the manufacture warranty policy. Any products sold by unauthorized dealers are not entitled to warranty coverage.
- Purchased on a "grey" market from other countries and illegally sold in the US
- Counterfeit products not produced by the authorized manufacture
- Damaged, defective, or previously used products (called "B" stock products)
- Products stolen from authorized dealers or other sources
